We ate in one of your establishments on Thursday afternoon in west Bromwich, the interceptor, we found the experience awfull. Food was very poor took a long time for it to reach out table service was poor no communication from any of the staff at all. And the place needed a very good clean. Something you may like to look at. A very bad second experience.
