   Paula our server was exceptional. Christmas service is hectic but she made us feel welcome and like nothing was too much trouble. The Christmas mains were lovely. I’ve visited on ordinary days and the food is always exceptional. Food aside, it’s the staff and the atmosphere which make this place such a gem. Hats off to the incredible team and merry Christmas!

   We booked ahead for our meal at the Little Owl as we were attending the NEC for a show. The only slot was 9pm and I booked via the phone on the web site. They sent me a reminder and we actually arrived at 10 past 8 and we're then seated within 20 minutes. The food was lovely I had the chicken kebab my partner had the slow cooked beef with triple fried chips. There is ample parking and although it is easy to miss the entrance from the dual carriageway. Good pub restaurant vibe and friendly and attentive staff. See photo of the food.

   Whether you are simply passing through the area, dining at the adjacent hotel, attending a business event at the NEC, or experiencing all of the above, you will have the opportunity to dine at this hidden gem. I have had the pleasure of dining here four consecutive nights for dinner. On the first two nights, I ordered takeaway through a mobile ordering platform. On the latter two nights, I dined with my fiancée inside the restaurant. In both instances, the service was exceptional, and I was attentive to my needs and served with delectable cuisine. On the first night, my fiancée and I ordered charcuterie pizza and the ham hock and vintage cheddar pie. Both dishes were exceptionally flavorful and rich in taste. On the second night, we had the chicken Katsu rice bowl, which was surprisingly authentic and delectable. The beef bourguignon was also exceptionally delicious. On the third night, I invited additional friends to dine. My fiancée and I ordered small sides (macaroni and cheese and chips), while I had the sticky duck and hoisin sauce pizza. The name alone was unique, and it was a culinary delight for both myself and my friends. The pudding was a worthy conclusion to each meal. While the prices were slightly elevated, I do not express any reservations, as the high-quality, comforting food is well worth the investment.

   I ate here 3 nights on the trot whilst on a work trip at the NEC. All 3 meals were absolutely outstanding, huge compliments to the chef. I would highly recommend eating here! A stunning setting, with an open fireplace and low beams. Plus a really nice chilled outdoor area at the front of the pub.

   Great atmosphere, food was tasty, well presented and good portions. Staff very busy but very polite and accommodating. One small issue with Pork main, which was resolved speedily. New Years Eve visit - singer for entertainment was great! Great venue - will be back!

   We had an evening meal here with friends. The atmosphere is lovely; very typical old English pub. Despite being busy the service was excellent. The food was good. Excellent steak, sea bass and the pizzas we had were delicious. Deserts great too. Excellent service from Jarek who was especially friendly and attentive.

   Such a lovely place to relax, have a beer and eat. Amazing food, awesome English vibes, the best service ever. If you ever go to Birmingham you MUST visit this place AT LEAST once!!!

   Absolutely loved this place, came here for a late lunch before going to see a performance in the Resort arena. We had the warmest of welcomes and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. There's a large varied menu with good veggie and vegan options. The food was cooked really well and tasted so nice. Felt like a a lovely environment to spend a couple of hours. Just be careful you park in the pub carpark rather than the Holiday in carpark. The pub has it's own entrance but Google maps wants to direct you info the hotel.

   The food was lovely, the staff were very helpful and friendly, toilets were clean. We all had a really nice time. Be very careful where you park I thought I was in there car park but I was in the hotel's which is the same piece of land I have got £100 fine. Great!!!!!
