Awful "tuna" mayo baguette (mostly mayo), tasteless ice cream and bad coffee. Not sure why it has so many good reviews; it was rubbish. Even Greggs is better.
Grabbed a takeout panini and two muffins. Service was a little slow, but forgiven by the quality of the food. Busy restaurant but additional seating undercover helpful in the torrential rain!

Not been to freeport for a while. This has been taken over and was excellent. The service was prompt and efficient. The food was lovely. The sandwiches and delicious muffins are displayed attractively and the choices are fresh and tasty.
We have been coming here for years but I am shocked we have been over charged and they refuse to refund us. We got the offer 3 muffins and get 1 free however they charged us for 4. When I questioned this I was told this offer only applies to take out however this is not stated anywhere. This is false advertising. If you want this offer make sure you say to staff muffins are for take out but rest of the food is for eating in.
Expensive for what you get. The toasted sandwiches were nice and tasty but the steak slice was mostly gravy and tasted of pepper. It cost just under £20 for two drinks, two toasted sandwiches and a steak slice. It was very busy and we had to wait for a table.
Poor quality coffee served extremely hot and overpriced. However, the muffins are decent.
Very tasty toasted sandwiches! Thought this might just be the "best place of a bad selection". But, it was actually very good! Very decent prices too. Definitely recommend if you're in the shopping area
Very quick service, got there before the lunch time rush started. I ordered the seafood mix baguette, it was filled end to end with food and it was very fresh and tasty. I also ordered a tea and the milk selection was skimmed or full fat, there didn't seem to be a semi skimmed option? I sat outside seen as it was a dry day, but a good amount of seating inside and out.
