Maybe as a customer the experiences have been good but my experience of The Clothes Horse over the 4+ times I have taken high quality/Cos at least, items to them have been unpleasant. The man who I have, invariably, met is rude, dismissive and has no social skills - rejecting items which were of high quality. It's unfortunate to have such a business in Teddington when most are very decent.
