   Came here on 2 consecutive nights, staff were so friendly and helpful. Had a wait for food the second night, the staff were brilliant! Apologised many times and brought a free drink for the people without their meal and a shot for the whole party, can’t fault them! Excellent customer service

   Recently discovered this place, been a half dozen times and so impressed with it. The service is exceptional and the vibe is best in Solihull. Well priced, good food, great drinks selection with offers for each day of the week. Special mention to Andy, Chloe and Rose for the attention to detail and amazing customer service. You guys are truly amazing. A must visit establishment in Solihull.

   My first and last time here. I'm surprised to read so many good reviews about the food. I was hungry and looking forward to my meal. Had a very long wait for it and starter and main course were served together. I'd suggest serving starter before main course. My prawn starter was soggy and my main was dry and overcooked. I'd suggest don't ask how customer wants steak cooked if you are going to overcook it that it's like tiny shriveled piece of shoe leather. Better if you can teach your cook how little time medium rare needs. This might be a good pub for drinks but for food either improve the quality and service or just offer crisps and nuts alone. For those wanting for a good place to eat you really want to avoid eating here unless some changes are made.

   I always have a lovely time visiting the Flute and Flagon. They have loads of real ales and wines on offer, which is nice to see, on top of the big spirit collection as well. The team are always happy to have a chat and catch up with you, even just chit chat on how your day has been and checking in with you to see how you are. There's always a good atmosphere and you can see its a popular place as there's always people in wether it's for catch up drinks, lunch dates or for sports. There's loads of tellys to watch an array of sports on, whether you're into football, rugby, golf, cricket, darts etc. Food has always been lovely and my meal on my last visit was no different. Really tasty and hot which you can't complain to. Always like coming here and will definitely be returning

   Absolutely outstanding food and service ! Would highly recommend this place. The Cod and chips were the best I’ve had in a long while! I really enjoyed! Great food, great service and to top it all a fantastic pint! Thanks again guys. We will be back soon for sure!

   Easy going comfortable bar, great value breakfast, ideal if you're staying in the near by Premier Inn just round the corner. Full day menu at great prices too. Nice friendly staff, enjoyable visit.
