   The restaurant is absolutely outstanding! From the warm welcome to the exquisite food, every detail impresses. Each dish bursts with flavor, beautifully presented and perfectly cooked lovey with so much flavour and i am gutted my phone was playing up at the time or else I would have to talk pictures of the amazing food i but no the food was fantastic the staff were fantastic and overall I wish my phone didn't die so I could take pictures of the food i would highly recommend this place to anyone staff are so welcome in Stafford polite staff of friendly and overall the chefs of fantastic they create some of the fantastic food ever thank you once again for some fantastic food

   Had a great evening at the sharmans tonight. I met an old school friend there. The staff were great. But one barmaid stood out and always goes the extra mile with the customers. And that jess she's absolutely on the ball. Very efficient and can multi task too. Great asset to a lovely local pub.

   What a great pub! Amazing both for food and just to pop in for a drink. This steak was served on a sizzling hot skillet. this 8oz sirloin steak was absolutely divine. I asked for it to be cooked blue, and to my surprise it was! I always struggle to find places who will actually cook my steak blue so this was amazing. I love how this was served on a hot skillet. This was a great meal. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the service was very fast. I had a great time and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend!!

   Good honest food, friendly and welcoming team and comfortable environment. Good value too. The battered fish was crispy and not too oily though not sure if it's a good idea putting the chips under the fish as the condensation made the chips a bit soggy; the bbq ribs was well cooked and moist. Would come back.

   Have been going here for a few months now. Had some really lovely meals here. They have a great menu. With some great deals. If you sign up for the sizzling ap they send you some great offers too. I recommend the fish and chips,the steak and the mixed grill. They all have lovely size portions always cooked to perfection. The staff are very friendly. The place feels very welcoming and relaxing. There is a disabled toilet next to the the men's and women's. There is a system where you have to put in your car registration on entry to prevent people who do not attend the pub from parking there. If you do use the car park and do not use the pub there is a meter there for people to pay. All in all I recommend this lovely friendly pub.

   Exceeded all of our expectations. Range of well kept real ales is excellent; staff were attentive and polite and food arrived quickly. Sizzling steak was cooked perfectly, fried onions were amazing as we're the sweet potato fries. Three of our group had puddings and they were also a level up on what we expected. 100% recommend. We will be back.

   Excellent Service. We booked a family meal and were given a separate room, even provided a portable heater to ensure we were warm enough. Food was lovely. Would highly recommend for family get togethers. Staff are fantastic.

   The bar staff at the Sharmans have always been brilliant and they are a great team of people. This is our local pub and we have eaten here many times. The food is basic and normally does the job but yesterday we went in as a family of 6 and I can honestly say the food was terrible. The adult size portion of macaroni cheese was minuscule, and the 2 children we ordered this for, ate in 3 mouthfuls and said next time they would prefer a pot noodle. This literally said it all. The fish was over cooked and greasy and my gammon was over cooked as well. I did speak to a member of staff having spent £60 on this food and I didn’t get the response I expected. I must have eaten in this pub 100 times but after this experience, I won’t be eating there again.

   Don’t even normally leave reviews, food took ages to come out. Our 2 year olds food arrived nearly 20 minutes before ours did! Food was absolutely dismal and best. Great place to go if your a local and your missus can’t cook
