   I have been drinking here for years now and always had a lovely time and a good laugh with staff and all customers , however there’s one member of staff with black hair and glasses not sure of her name, that comers across extremely moody and rude and like she just doesn’t want to there. Besides from that all staff are really friendly and makes our time here really nice.

   Enjoyed a few drinks with my girlfriend, after we walked along the canal. We sat outside and inside. Good choice of beer at surprisingly cheap prices. Friendly staff. I took photos of the latest menu.

   Came in today, ordered fish and chips, and side order of onion rings. Fish tasted watery I was quite surprised. My friend had lasagna,salad, garlic bread and chips. She felt that the meal was out of this world to be honest so did I. The lasagna was gorgeous, very tasty.

   Went on a little jolly and stumbled across this pub. A little rough round the edges, until you walk in, what a lovely surprise. Spacious, relaxing, clean and friendly. I am now converted to thatchers haze wow love it. We ordered food on the app at the table. 15-20 mins later it arrived. Yes yes yes my belly has spoken just about as it can't fit anymore in. The food was top notch. As u can see by the pics. Great price, good midweek deals to be had. Will be trying a Greene King again. Definitely recommend this place if yr passing.

   I'm not person for pub meals, but the gammon meal deal tasted nice plus you have others meals available. Monday to Friday at £11.99 for two adults meal you just can't beat the price.

   This pub had nice food for a very cheap and affordable price. They have online ordering available and have lots of choices on their menus as well as lots of promotions. My kids enjoyed their meal. It's well located and convenient for canal boaters.

   We went here during our narrow boat holiday. It's a greene king pub so you kind of know what you're getting. Cheap beer and big food portions. Ordering on the app was easy. Plenty of screens to watch sport. Service was good. Covid protocols in action. Let down by several clientele being quite loud and sweary during the early evening when there were families present. Unchallenged.
