   Just ordered my first delivery and I’m not disappointed the food and coffee were hot and the Dubai style pistachio chocolate was beautiful and I’m more of a savoury person but will definitely be ordering this again

   Staff are friendly and helpful, but there's often a lot of sold out/out of stock items and queues can be LONG. Food options for dairy and egg intolerances are limited. I also discovered that the only milk my child can tolerate (coconut), Costa has chosen to stock a brand that contains SOY. Ended up leaving after trying to figure out the allergen PDF I had to download and queueing for 15 minutes. Not sure why Costa make it so difficult to figure out the ingredients of their food. Not the inclusive service that they claim to offer at all (either in terms of food choices or the accessibility of this information).

   Good Costa outlet. Coffee was very good - better than normal - this barista does it right! Food good. Ambience pleasant. If visiting Junction 32, use Costa for your refreshments stop.

   Coffee was nice, however slow to get served as only 1 member of staff serving. Banana and pecan cake was lovely, biscoff rocky road was average and quite small. Nice that outdoor seating is available

   Plenty of seating but none of the hot chocolate flavours available that were advertised. Basic hot chocolate was horrible, my son refused to drink it and I understood why when trying it. Wouldn't recommend or go again!

   To say we queue 15mins to be served the staff can only work with what they have got. Need bigger area and more drinks machines. Still got great drinks. Tables nicely spaced and clean

   This was a nice takeaway to get a drink from, having an atmosphere created by interesting wall frames and overhead lights. The options are presented well on an electronic screen by the counter that was run by approachable and reliable staff, who served my piping hot Americano quickly! Cleanliness was maintained where I waited, but they don't need a screen up at the counter now that COVID is less of a problem.

   Plenty of seating on our visit, there was a sanitizer station inside the doorway. One of the servers was cleaning tables as soon as a customer vacated the table. The barista was efficient in making the coffee's.
