   Xmas Menu for 6 We tried their 3 course menu today , fish timbale starter was lovely and fresh , best Xmas dinner ever thick lovely turkey, loads of veggies , creamy mash and plenty of gravy, Xmas pudding was absolutely delicious…with brilliant staff and drinks to top it off …. We absolutely love this place , Sunday lunches , big breakfast , or just a drink it’s fabulous - please don’t change a thing !

   This little village pub is seriously a hidden gem! What a change the new landlady and team have made to the place since my last visit a few years ago. From the selection of drinks & the delicious home made food to the most incredible service I received, I was honestly blown away! Well done team - can't wait to return.

   Went here yesterday for breakfast and was not disappointed. Great food and pricing also, friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back again for more breakfast and to try the main menu at some point as well!

   Very intolerant attitude towards guests. My Ukrainian guest was treated to dog food in this bar. MANAGER: PENNY EDNA PARKER, instead of apologizing, asked us to come out so we wouldn't investigate the matter. It is very disgusting that an English person said that Ukrainian guests are so welcome in this bar. I don't recommend this place It was very miserable experience.

   Looks like a nice place. Good service, friendly staff. Music was too loud for me and definitely not for people over a certain age. Shame we won't get to try a meal there. I understand that the management is fairly recent, i wish them all the best, as it can't be easy at the moment

   Came in for first time since new owners. Ordered cowboy burger and was served very quickly and was honestly the best burger I've ever eaten. Credit to penny the landlady. Highly reccommend

   My daughter, granddaughter and I had a superb meal last Sunday, we were all made to feel very welcome, and had a wonderful time. Edna the barmaid was very accommodating, and understanding with my granddaughters dietary requirements. Would highly recommend the railway for either a meal or just pop in for a pint, in fact I can’t wait to go there again. Once again thank you all.

   Popped into the railway this afternoon. We come in very regular! Excellent customer service as always! Penny is top notch on customer service and a cracking landlady! This is our new local! The afternoon has been brill with a bouncy castle for the little ones, food and a singer for entertainment!
