   Awful experience shopping online. I have been a customer for over 20 years. On the last occasion, I attempted to buy some items, Upon checkout, I was told that delivery was not available. I contacted La Senza And was informed they would be investigating this IT glitch. I was told the items I would like to buy. I cannot be put on hold. Subsequently, five days later The issue is still there And all items are now sold out. I have not been offered any token or gesture For the inconvenience. I will therefore not be shopping here again

   The worst experience. Request number 478880. Order placed on the 26th june. Not received as yet. When contacted customer care for a refund they’ve said it will take 4 weeks. This is beyond terrible and appalling customer service. So frustrated that I don’t know what else to do than share my review here. The worst experience ever. Would urge people to place an order with another company instead.
