   Wanted to try some trousers on, fitting rooms closed, told to go downstairs as that is open, that was also closed. Left and will shop elsewhere. The one main thing brick and mortar shops have over the internet was not available.

   I had a really great customer experience at the Kingston store. I went in looking for a specific shirt but couldn’t see it on the shop floor, so I asked one of the sales team for help. He checked the system and found there wasn’t any stock in that store, but he then went the extra mile to check another nearby location, which showed two in stock. When I asked if I could reserve one, he offered to call the other store to arrange a hold. It took a few tries (the other store didn’t pick up right away), but he patiently kept at it and eventually got through to someone who could help. He managed to secure the hold, and I was able to pick up the item later that same day — which was such a relief, as it was a last-minute birthday gift! I really appreciated his persistence and willingness to help when it would have been easy to give up after the first call. I didn’t catch his name (maybe Sam?), but he had long hair in a bun with shaved sides — he's a real credit to the team at the Kingston store. Collection from the other store was also quick and easy, so overall, another great experience. Thanks again for the excellent service!

   Placed in a very good location. A large, a nice variety of clothes and home articles. Prices are decent for clothes as for home articles. The shop is well divided and is easy to access to all the areas. Direction signs are visible and easy to follow. Staff is very helpful, shame that sometimes are under staff, as far as I have noticed. It is a shop that I will definitely go back for my shopping. Love the wood stears.

   Next have a good variety of styles. Office type fashion, smart. There's currently a good selection of summer clothing for everyone. Accessories. Gifts.plenty of every day clothing for women, men, children. A small selection of footwear. It's reassuring to have a dedicated family clothing store in kingston Town centre. So many of these types of large shops are disappearing from the high street. This store also has the benefit of some historical features and is well worth a visit.

   Josh is literally a star. He’s so helpful I can’t even tell people how helpful he was. He literally saved the day, I was looking for a trouser that they didn’t have the size of it in their store so he had to ring two different stores in different areas then he ended up calling the branch in Croydon (from his own phone). He managed to find the size I was looking for (as I wanted to buy it on the same day) and then he also offered his own phone for me again to use it to make the online payment as the signal was poor on my phone. Such a great member of the staff.
