Normally, a nice place to eat and meet family. Not so happy today with the service provided today. The young lady behind the bar was excellent and helpful but the girl servicing the food was not in a happy or welcoming mood. I appreciate that they are busy and maybe short staffed, but that is not mine or the families issues. No one checked on us four meals were OK. No one came to clear the plates, until we asked and than had to wait a long time for the next course and only after chasing. As I said normally no issues but this staff member seemed to smile and welcome everyone else but our table. Disappointing lunch out with guests out of town

Came to the Bulls Heads today for lunch with my sisters. Food was excellent and very resoable price. But the star of the show was the pub manager Hanna. Her customer service was exceptional. Very attentive, kind and funny. Great day, will defiantly comming back.

Homely atmosphere, lovely unassuming friendly staff. Food is not bad, can reserve a table for your Sunday lunch and quite a few people do. Couple of small TVs and a modern one arm bandit but quite unobtrusive and quiet. Also great atmosphere created by two quite realistic faux fireplaces in the cooler months. At least three ales but due to good beer management and strict settling rules there is quite often at least one not available but they are all lovely...usually Tribute, Timothy Taylor etc. Stella also popular.

We've been to the Bulls Head pub around 10 times and it's located in a nice place not far from Birmingham town centre. It was a Bank Holiday when we visited, the Pub was nice and warm as usual. Hannah the Manager of Pub was extremely nice and a credit to the company. My overall score for all the 10+ visits we have done over the past 2 years to this pub is 8.5/10. Their Chicken Burger & Fish + Chips is spot on, and I would say the best on their menu. I think it's called the Ultimate Burger. The Fisherman's Catch & Halumi + Chips is great too, especially for those who are Vegitarian. I know the 'Steak Pie Guiness' is one of their popular dishes but it's not for me, and that's a personal preference but Guiness lovers will love it! The management and company value their reputation and rightly are proud of it. Location wise it's close to Solihull and only 10 mins from City Centre. It's a big pub and the decor is real nice. Go grab yourself some nice Pub grub at Bulls Head! 8.5/10

Very cosy British pub with very polite and welcoming staff. The food was warm and delicious and the ambience was awesome. There is a parking outside and no pre-book ing needed if you are visiting over a weekday.

Booked our family Christmas Dinner for 13 people. We were late as the panto ran over but the team were great and it was no problem. The food was served quickly and piping hot. There were no delays, no errors or issues with any course. The team regularly checked we were OK and if we needed more drinks. Could not fault a thing, and the turkey was the nicest turkey I've ever eaten! Every one of us were very, very happy with the food, the service, the price, everything!

Disappointing. Just had a roast beef dinner delivered. Driver was very nice. Shame the food didn't match up. Both content and quality really left a lot to be desired. Oh well, the bin is about to be well fed...
