   On this occasion, I didn't actually make a purchase but I can't walk past my favourite Phase Eight store. I had a good look around there are some lovely items that will be great for Christmas and New Year. It can be pricey, but I love the quality, and I always get complements whenever I'm wearing Phase Eight.

   The item I wanted went out of stock online so I phoned my local store. The manager had the item and was so nice and helpful, agreeing to hold for 7 days while I have been pinged by the NHS app. Saved my wedding outfit !!! Lesson buy straight away when get the shoes and bag ! Thank you Barbara

   Went to buy an outfit to wear at a wedding. Tried a few on, they didn't fit so I asked whether I could try the next size up. Was told that this branch is a daywear shop so they don't stock occasion wear in sizes larger than size 16. Had I known that I would not have made the journey. They could at the very least have told me another of their shops would have what I wanted. Instead they made me feel less than human and I left the shop in tears.
