What a lovely friendly place with great food, and out door eating areas.

A great place to go to break up your walk. Good good and drink and inexpensive.

This place is so much more than a pit stop on a long walk (Leeds to Cas Vegas for us). So many locals also visit, and it's clearly well loved. You can see why. Fab selection of sandwiches, drinks, and cookies the size of your head!! Lovely welcoming staff and the best oat milk latte I've ever had. Oh, and it's super dog friendly, so if you're not brace yourself. Called again on another walk, we actually did a detour to make sure we could enjoy a lovely lunch. Even though this place is constantly busy, the staff couldn't be lovelier. We absolutely LOVE this place!

Stop by here every week when walking down the canal. Perfect place to grab a bite to eat. Lovely sandwich and cake selection served by really friendly staff. Tables and area always clean and tidy.

Brilliant staff. Great service. Was part of a large group of cyclist and they were not flustered. Max use of space available. Inovertave. Will go again.

Great little spot for food and coffee, very close the river. We had a bagle BLT and it was delicious. A few small tables right in front and also a garden area with more tables in the shade. No indoor seating but if you go in summer or good weather it's perfect. Also, very nice selection of cakes!

Out of the way, at the back of St Aiden's nature reserve, The Green House offers a variety of sandwiches, home baked goods treats and coffee to top you up after a walk or a trip out. Pictured is a chunk of their flapjack and latte (Dark Woods Coffee). The coffee is well rounded and smooth. I had a BLT, which was huge. 3 rashers of bacon with very little fat on it, sandwiched between layers of lettuce, beef tomatoes and mayonnaise with pepper for seasoning, it was exactly what was needed after a trek out. Simple, effective, tasty. My girlfriend had a brie, onion and chutney toasties which she thoroughly enjoyed and said was excellent. Super friendly staff, comfy outdoor area, flavoursome food and great value for money. You'd be hard pressed to find a reason not to return.
