   Wonderful company to shop online with. I have shopped here many times and every time had a fantastic experience. The clothes are flattering and colours really pretty...It is one of the few places I've found which makes Maxi dresses for petite women! Their dresses are lovely and are made to flatter the figure...even my wide hips/thighs are well disguised! I get loads of compliments at work when I wear my Izabel dresses/blouses. On rare occasions when Ive sent items back; if has been very efficient and refund processed swiftly with no hassle. Love the new service with Royal Mail who will come and collect returns from your house for free. Just all around A+ service.

   Have just received two tops l ordered. I would have been pleased with them if they hadn't been screwed up in the packing bags.ls it beyond your remit to find packers who can pack clothes so they arrive ready to wear. Some tissue paper and the tops folded neatly within. As it is you will be getting these tops back. Very disappointing

   I want to say a huge thank you to the customer care team at izabel london. They have been absolutely fantastic. They went way above and beyond to help me with a problem. I accidently returned a parcel to them instead of the original company I ordered from. The izbel team spent hours locating my item and returned it to myself free of charge. I was not an existing customer so they had no obligation to help. I would not hesitate to order from izabel london in the future. Fantastic service.

   I purchased two dresses for nearly £70.00 They promptly took my money, but I have not received my goods. So far I've waited over three weeks. I've made enquiries and no one ever responds. Buyer beware!!

   Really impressed with the quality of the clothes I really find it hard to find dresses or any clothes infact to suit my body but I literally love everything from here which is rare for me to say! Clothes are true to size aswell will definitely order again soon!

   Very impressed with this site, love the clothes and their customer service is excellent. I ordered a jacket a few weeks ago which was dispatched by them very quickly but then got stuck in a Royal Mail centre and still seems to be there. I let Izabel London know and they instantly replied and sent a replacement via a different courier which arrived within 24 hours. Couldn't get better service than this. I will continue to both use and recommend this site.

   Customer services at Izabel London is excellent. I've written to them about not being able to claim the 20% discount because the code wasn't accepted. I received a reply the same day, offering me a refund after purchase. When I sent the order confirmation, the refund was arranged within hours. Thank you so much! I also love your products.
