I saw a really great denim coat dress in the store on Wednesday just past. I went in twice and eventually bought it. The assistant was very helpful and allowed me to leave the purchase in store after payment as I was going to be out all day and asked if I could collect it the next day. She gave me the relevant receipt so that I had proof of purchase and I collected it yesterday am. She was very friendly, efficient and helpful and I’m delighted with the quality and design. I always enjoy Whistles!

Yesterday I was filling some time before going to a nice facial. I saw there was sale so I quickly wanted to have a look. The door is locked and needs to be opened from the desk. Prevent robbery i guess. Ones in I had a quick look only at the sale sude. I saw 1 nice sweater but the fabrics weren't all natural so i didn'twant it. When I wanted to leave they had to unluck the door. The woman behind the desk hesitate a while and looked very intense and strange at me while she was helping other costumers. She did open but it felt really weird so as soon as I was out I turned to look at the store. I saw she was quickly checking in the front of the store of I stole something. I have never been seen as a thief and although I can understand they like to be carefull this turned me really of. This is for me a reason to never go back although I love there sweaters and actuallywas a good client of the brand. Luckily pleanty of nice stores left in chiswick who still let you in without there fear of being robbed.
Fantastic customer service by Krishna and the rest of the team at Whistles as usual. This branch is always my go to place for any last minute events and Krishna is always super helpful in styling the pieces and putting everything together - thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and kindness every single time I have visited your store! The quality of the pieces I have purchased from whistles have been amazing over the years and I highly recommend you visit this particular branch and treat yourself to one of their many lovely pieces.

Good morning
Had trouble getting a refund for an item purchased at a different store due to the staff not being helpful at all- won't be coming back to a store if I know I have trouble getting refunds or exchanges.
One of the best Whistles in London; their well-made, cool but still ladylike clothes appeal to everyone from trendy teens to retirees, although their prices work more for the older end of the bracket. Especially good leather jackets and bags here.
