   One of the worst experiences I’ve had in any store. From the moment I entered, the staff were extremely dismissive and unwelcoming. I was treated with a level of rudeness and coldness that was shocking — it felt personal, and frankly, discriminatory. What was most upsetting is that the staff, showed absolutely no respect, compassion, or basic manners. They were short, unhelpful, and borderline hostile — completely unprofessional and lacking in even the most basic customer service standards. I walked in to shop, not to be judged or mistreated. No one acknowledged me properly, and I was made to feel as if I didn’t belong there. It felt like they were picking and choosing who deserved respectful treatment, which is completely unacceptable for any business. I had intended to support this store, but after this experience, I will never return. I strongly advise others to be cautious — no one deserves to be treated this way based on who they are or how they look.

   A lovely clothing boutique with a good selection of modern dresses, skirts, tops, and accessories. The layout of the store is pleasing with all clothing accessible and well spaced out. Every item seemed to have several sizes available from 8 to 18, which is so nice to see. The service was friendly and professional, and the prices were very reasonable. I'd like to see more cotton and linen in the summer months as many of the clothing items were synthetic, but the designs and cut of the clothing are both very flattering.

   Diana the store manager is absolutely fantastic. She is amazing she's polite kind respectful courteous very friendly and makes my buying experience at apricot a really pleasant place to be. She was so lovely when, I had a little bit of an emergency, she made sure I had water sat down. She was so kind and always has a beautiful bright friendly smile, beautiful place to visit please come to Westfield White City apricot. Because it's a really great and has good good prices as well.

   We visit first time at the store and it was worst service by the staff... One of the staff saying herself as a store manager but she don't know the basic customer service. Very bad experience she was talking very rude and it's was disgusting.

   First time visiting this store and shopping with Apricot. Staff were welcoming and asked if I needed any help. All smiling and cheerful. Some very nice outfits and the prices were very affordable and good value as well. They have items for a range of ages and sizes. Extremely happy with all that I saw in there, something different from the usual high street fashion. Got a few bits for my mum and she loved them. Would return back in the future.
