    The chubby white women was rude when asked about a certain item, she was not at all friendly or nice, the clothes are also cheep quality clothes with Debenhams prices, not a nice shop at all.

    I bought my grandmother a jumper from here, as I approached the till the lovely girl pointed out that my coat was covered in hair from the jumper, she called the manager and pointed out that my coat was ruined... I was met with "what do you want then?" I said how about a voucher for my grandmother or sister? "you're not getting that!" she. said, you can have a strip of sellotape.     Most of the clothes I selected were defected, I think they are removed items from the factory. Please make sure you check thoroughly before buy. Prices were not that cheap compare to damaged clothes.

    Vigilant and attendant staff. The owner(or Manager perhaps) is mostly around , keeping an eye on the Customer's needs. It does get seasonal variety in good taste and certain discounts too. There is usually a rail or two with bargain prices. Plus sizes are few. Take a thorough look at the accessories and you might get something distinctively remarkable.

    Came here with my girlfriend. Staff incredibly rude to customers and completely incapable of customer service. Had to wait over 10 minutes to get served. Store looks like a bomb has got it and a complete shambles.
