   Wandered into the store on Saturday 18th October about 2pm when I overheard a member of staff, moaning about the disabled busker who was singing opposite the shop. When the teack finished The staff said 'thank God he's stopped, he's awful' I thought the comment was inappropriate and uncharitable in a public space, especially when customers were present. It certainly didn't show the staff in a nice or favourable way. It certainly put me off buying shoes from the Chester Store. Please train staff to keep personal comments private and out of earshot.

   The place seemed downsized from what I remember. There seemed to be very inadequate supplies of shoes. The staff didn’t have matching shoes but had to give me different colour with the option to order. I think this place is on the way out.

   Beautiful little city. Some amazing buildings where new meets old. The streets were clean of any litter. Window shoppers paradise. Will definitely re visit, loads to do not enough time if only visiting for the day. Roman gardens are a must for a little picnic or just too relax in well kept gardens.

   Located on the main shopping street, close to the Eastgate Clock, this shop has a good selection of shoes and trainers for men, women, and children, and some nice bags too. I usually buy Clarks shoes, because although they are that bit more pricey, I can always count on them being good quality and very hard-wearing. What I most like about them, though, is that you can get them in half sizes and widths for adults. I came here looking for a good pair of casual shoes, and saw a stylish pair of off-white suede and leather trainers in the window. Courtney, the girl who served me, was both friendly and attentive, and she went out of her way to help. They did not have these trainers in my size in the shop, but I was able to order a pair and have them delivered to my home address. They arrived a couple of days later, and they're a really good fit and very comfortable.

   Bought shoes from here for myself and kids, staff from here were very helpful and they measured foot size for both my kids and also they offered guidance based on what shoes will fit best for their feet and furthermore. I strongly recommend for shoes being, slightly prices are high but you pay for quality.

   The girl we saw there was excellent, having a 1 year old who wants to run around everywhere, she was fantastic. Showed us plenty of options and was great with our toddler. Only needed 1 pair, but ended up buying 2. Will definitely be back again :-)
