Was a really nice cafe. Kids meal deals (nuggets, pizzas etc) were around £6-7 and we had sausage sarnies, around £5 and baked potatoes £5. Cups of teas etc. All staff very friendly and attentive. Wait times were around 25 minutes which we were informed about, and the kids went to look around the gift shop whilst we waited. Not a problem. Recommend the cafe for lunch!

After wandering through the magical trails of Tropical World, we stopped at the cafe. and it was the perfect way to end the visit! The atmosphere is cosy and welcoming, with plenty of seating and a nice view of the park outside. We tried the pizza and it was absolutely yummy ,fresh, cheesy, and full of flavour! Great portion size too. They also have a good variety of snacks, drinks, and kid-friendly options, which is a big plus for families. Staff were friendly and service was quick, even though it was fairly busy. A lovely little café that’s perfect for recharging after your adventure. Highly recommend grabbing a bite here, especially that delicious pizza!

Extremely slow, expensive, and the food isnt even particularly good. Understand that this is part of an attraction so its going to be expensive, but id have been disappointed even if id paid half.

First time visiting during Easter school holidays last week, it was busy but still a few empty tables. Service was very slow when ordering at the till, there were probably about 3 families in front of us at the queue yet we were waiting about 20 minutes just to order. We then had to wait 40 minutes for our food which we didn’t realise, only on asking they said it’s usually a 30-35 minute wait for hot food. We’d only ordered 2 x jacket potatoes and a kids meal Not great with small tummies to feed, they should have mentioned the wait when ordering. Very disappointing service sadly.

The cafe is very over priced and we were served in paper cups and takeaway bags to avoid creating extra washing up as it was 50 minutes before closing. Even though it was quiet, we struggled to find a clean table.

Very disappointed. The menu says there are gluten free options and even has Carrot Cake (GF) on the permanent menu, however on arrival at 1pm there were absolutely no gluten free options at all. The cakes are well labeled with allergens, but there isn't actually anything safe for celiacs or dairy allergies etc. It's just a shame that the menu essentially is a lie. If they had said they had nothing we wouldn't be so disappointed, but we came especially because the menu said it would be safe. Won't bother again!
