   Most fraud brand quality of dress is like 100 rupees and they are selling it on above 6000 rupees. also they has a non returnable policy coz they know the quality they has customers will surely return the product. They are doing scam legal step should be taken against their brand. And Nyka is keeping their brand on there app please be aware of this brand I spend 5300 for this dress and the quality you can see on the picture. Now Nykaa has denied to return it back my 5300 has been wasted

   Lovely dresses and outfits. Some very simple and others very daring and bling. Range of prices to suit all budgets as well. The quality looks really good as would expect for the money. We found a lovely dress but they didn’t have the size we needed. Staff weren’t bothered about helping us. Busy chatting to each other. Left the store and spent money elsewhere. Wouldn’t return again.

   Today visited. Found a dress that wanted to try on. No one at fitting room and rail at entrance with clothes strewn on it. Asked if I could use and told go ahead, when I entered every cubicle had clothes hanging inside, one had clothes strewn all over the floor and the carpets were filthy. I told a staff member who emptied one of the cubicles and left. But felt uncomfortable so tried dress on top of my clothes, not satisfactory so left item on the dishevelled rail and left. Something is very wrong. There seems to be a lack of staff and that must affect morale of staff. This is a general observation of most shops in this Westfield. Never used to be like this.
