   Love my knitwear! I just purchased my second set of JAKI knit pants and top. I get compliments every time I wear this outfit. Probably my favorite casual outfit of all time. Was hesitant at first about purchasing, but honestly worth it. I have so many other knits which I no longer wear as the JAKI outfit is so much nicer, more comfortable and chic!

   I am absolutely in awe of the exceptional quality of my Jaki London Allegra satin top and Cole satin trousers; this set is truly STUNNING in burgundy! I’m 5’6”, 34G, and 158 lbs., and the size chart is perfectly accurate (L in the trousers; XL in the top for a comfortable, elegant fit). The length is flawless and works beautifully with both flats and heels. Beyond the gorgeous pieces, Jaki London’s customer care is unmatched. Rosy from the customer service team went above and beyond in assisting me with an exchange. Her communication was clear, warm, and incredibly helpful.    I bought two items, one item was fine but the other was poor quality with faulty seams evident after one wear. I had to wrangle over multiple emails and quote consumer law to get a refund agreed. When they received the item back they were still trying to reduce the refund by charging shipping so I'm back to quoting consumer rights law to them. I would never buy from them again and would warn other customers to be very careful.

   Just be aware if you’re ordering online and want to return an item that you will suffer the cost of two way shipping. You also have only 14 days to return. I ordered an item which couldn’t have looked more different than it did on the website. Awful material and quality and I lost £11 in shipping costs! Won’t order from here again.
