Uncomfortable experience. I went in and the two blonde ladies working were speaking in Polish nonstop despite me being there. I felt unwelcome, it was uncomfortable for me. I won't be shopping at Chiswick again.
A huge thank you to the sales assistant in Chiswick's store who helped me find a cocktail outfit at short notice. What a wonderful, hassle-free and fun styling session I had! I will be back.
Just want to say a public thank you to Natalie who was incredibly friendly and helpful today. She helped me find a lovely outfit and really took the time to understand what I was looking for, challenged me with things I wouldn’t even have tried on, but was in no way pushy. I felt really seen, felt great in the clothes she suggested, and walked out with lots more confidence that I walked in with. Thank you for your kindness Natalie!
Brilliantly helpful staff especially on my last visit the manager was so kind and pulled out great choices for me to try on. The team are knowledgeable and kind and really help their customers to put together great outfits. A lovely shopping experience.

Every time I go there I find they are very rude and abrupt. Even though I am local I never buy a single product from Chiswick shop but rather purchase a stuff from other store in other area. I wasn't well dressed as I just went for a quick walk and I am an oriental asian. I felt the shop assistant talked to me as if I don't understand English. I have spent lots of money in the Richmond store instead as they were so helpful and kind. There is clearly something wrong with Chiswick shop service mind and attitude. If you keep that up you will lose potential customers.
What an awful store! I passed the store on Monday and saw a stylish ensemble in the window , made up of a pair of cream trousers, powder blue jumper and leather jacket. I went in to see the items close up. I was browsing in the front of the shop , but no sales assistant came to offer help, although I could hear them chatting in the back. I was still looking for the blue jumper when I saw three sales assistants chatting about the layout of the shop , and where ' prime customer location ' may be and how the customer be behaving. Not only did they completely ignore me, I had to jump out the way as one of them swept past to grab things off the table! I could not believe it , there was now also another potential customer in the shop, but the staff ignored her too. They clearly have no clue what a customer is. Needless to say, I left and the other customer followed behind me. I'm sure a pair of cream trousers & blue jumper can easily be sourced - I already have a black jacket. I'd never set foot in another Jigsaw shop again
