The staff are superb. Always polite and welcoming, even at the busiest of times. I'm disabled and in a wheelchair. So the staff are always willing to help me out; carry my drinks and make space for me if needed. It's become a place where other disabled people, like myself, regularly use as the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming.
I have a pet dog named Bobby. If Bobby likes the food, its gonna be good. Bobby ate almost all leftovers of my food here, so its good. But not all of it. Seems like Bobby expects more.

Always a warm welcome, nice atmosphere with people meeting and some tables with people working on laptops. Coffee is good too!
Brilliant service, absolute stars and super friendly staff. Thank you so much to the person who served us today who gave my son chocolate flakes and his own cup of milk.
My 6 year old daughter and I love to come here once a week. My daughter had a hot chocolate today and as we were sat down a guy that works here came over and asked if we knew that they do pink hot chocolates, we didn't, and so he made one for us off his own back. Great gesture. Turns out she prefers the normal hot chocolate but still, love the fact he improved our experience here today. It's not the first time this particular guy has gone above and beyond for us. Really sorry I didn't ask for his name.
