Order pizza, they made the wrong pizzas at the wrong size, but still charged me full price, when I went back the guy at the counter said " he's back, do his order". I'll never go back.
Used a few times before but today... Shocking. Waited a full hour then cancelled our order and changed status to closed on the app. App deleted, account deleted. Will never use again.
Just start using this place, food has been great but I called on to pick up my daughters food at 7pm and asked when the latest I could call for delivery later on and was told 10pm even though website says 11pm, I called from 9:30pm until 10:00pm and no answer, I realize people have homes to go to but don't say 10pm if you don't deliver then. Food is great if you can get it though.
Wow. Been using this place since it opened. Won't be using them again. Just had delivered, a chicken shish, and a large chicken doner. The chicken shish has gone up by £1.60. the large chicken doner has gone up by £2. The owner never mentioned this, on the phone. just left it, for his driver to deal with
Find the place by accident. Was worth it. Great portion size. Bought small kebab with chips and drink. Chips were hot and tasty. Kebab meat was like a large portion. Tasted great. Unable to finish a small kebab first time. Service was great.
Very poor. Will not be ordering from here again. £20 we spent yesterday on our order and the burger meal was not touched as the burger bun was all soggy ovs had wet lettuce on straight away the burger very greasy again not rested before putting on the burger. When ordering wasnt told that the chips came with paprika on again bad customer service as this wasnt stated. Also the combination kebab chicken and lamb shish paid £9.80 for and had 6 pieces of meat rest was salad. When complaining over the phone the girl on the phone literally offered a new meal or a discount on next order while the assistant manager or duty manager on shift couldn't be bothered to come to the phone. Very bad service will not return again.
Tried this place for the first time, and probably won’t return. We ordered in the shop two pizza’s for £10 and a large chicken donar kebab. We paid over £15.00 and went to the small Tesco express to do a shop while our food was being made. We returned over 10 minutes later and waited. We still hadn’t been given our food over 20 mins later. I asked the girl about our order and they had obviously forgotten us. They then gave us lamb donar instead of chicken and the pizzas were bland and tasteless. The shop is run by kids and the service is not the best.
