INCREDIBLE - I've got to say this... serious... probably the BEST service I may have EVER recieved by the kind GENT behind the counter - two words - in credible. Simply amazed... now this will go down in the history books.
Rather dissapointed, spent over £17 for 2 coffee's and sweet treat to then find out they are a franchise so dont accept the app, cant use the freebie etc... Pain auxiliary Chocolate was not crispy or fresh at all and too many dirty tables so we had to move dirty dishes to be able to enjoy a seat.
Great service and always good coffee here! You can’t use the Starbucks app here to collect points unfortunately. But when I asked about it, Jay explained it really clearly and professionally. Excellent service from him!
I visit this Starbucks every week, and Jess always makes my day! She’s so smiley, welcoming, and genuinely helpful every single time. No matter how busy it gets, she always greets everyone with such kindness and positive energy. It’s clear she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Jess is a big part of why I keep coming back every week — Starbucks is lucky to have her!
Great experience everytime. Usually come in a big group but this is no problem for the team. Coffee always perfect. Jamie is an absolute star.
Brilliant service from three men working the other day. All late 20’s. All super accommodating and went the extra mile during their service. Ben who served me was brilliant.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Benn and Peter always remember me and my order. The store is clean and welcoming Brilliant service, brilliant coffee. Wouldn't go anywhere else
We visited this Starbucks recently and we have to say we were greeted with two very friendly, helpful members of staff called Emily and Pete. They both went out of their way to make sure our drinks were to our specification and we have to say, it was overall a very pleasant experience and we shall be returning. Thank you.
I’m here every week and as always, fantastic service and a perfect coffee every single time! Especially from one of the staff, Benn, who not only welcomes you with a warm smile, he remembers you and what you like every single time. Makes me come back each week! Definitely 5 stars!
