This Reformation store truly stands out from any other I’ve ever visited. The staff and service are exceptional, and one employee in particular made my experience unforgettable. Z went above and beyond to accommodate and support me, her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness were remarkable. She made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed, as though nothing I asked for was too much trouble. Thanks to Z and the rest of the amazing team, this was by far one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. She absolutely deserves recognition and promotion for her outstanding work!

Truly the best Reformation in London. They have the best customer service by miles, They go above and beyond to help you even to locate items that are not in their store. It's the only store I would always go from the brand as the rest are not up to their standards.

unfortunately if you don’t have a posh accent or look up to par they have minimal time for you. I went in to try on a set i’ve been looking at for a while, not even told what change room to go into and managed to walk out without anyone asking how my experience was. The whole time I was in the store I overheard other people experiencing wonderful service, so I do truly believe they just pick and choose depending on who they think they can get the most money from. Quite an odd way to act considering the majority of their clothing is polyester and made in Vietnam, but luckily put into perspective how much I didn’t need the clothes :)

Very poor customer service and merchandise… well, this is not how middle or premium brand’s store should look like. The clothes on the hangers were not ironed at all

This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had and it’s absurd to me because the issues are completely avoidable. I came here with my friend who wanted to try two dresses on and although there were 2 out of 6 dressing rooms free at the time we were put in the app “queue” and told we were third in line. We had to wait 20 minutes. TWENTY minutes. Meanwhile an additional 3 dressing rooms opened up and were left empty for at least 15 minutes of that wait. My friend could’ve tried on her dresses and purchased them in that time. We would’ve walked out except she doesn’t live in London and it was the only chance to try on a size otherwise we would’ve just bought it online at this rate. And then to top it all off, when it was her turn they didn’t have her two dresses “ready” and we had to wait while they retrieved it from their warehouse downstairs. This dressing room system is absurd to me and the people who decided on it must be incompetent. I’m telling everyone I know not to shop at this store because it is the most frustrating experience…. We wasted 40 minutes of our time and I walked out of it never wanting to shop here again!

I have been trying to call for days to see if they have a particular dress in stock that I can try on. As many other reviews have said no answer - voicemail - no follow up. Having read all the reviews I will not be going anywhere near this shop or their merchandise!

Pretty store but the fitting room arrangement is totally dysfunctional. Do not bother if you’re in a rush as it can take ages for the staff to find your item from the downstairs store and bring it up for you to try on, as they only keep 1 or 2 sizes in each item on the main shop floor, and also not every item is on display. It’s more like a display store.

Review is primarily relating to customer service - I visited the store to try a top I'd seen online, it wasn't in stock in my size but the staff member offered to find the closest size to let me take a look at the piece. He was polite and friendly and the item was brought to the shop floor swiftly, it's a beautifully merchandised store. I bought the item online as a result. I can't relate to the negative reviews!

I had been looking for bridal dresses and got almost discouraged from visiting the store due to poor reviews. However, I'd finally done that and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were attentive and did not push me into buying anything. They seem to have recently introduced a new try-on system where you select the items that you'd like to try (the number is unlimited based on my understanding) and you get assigned a cabin. My waiting time was about 15-20 mins on Saturday at early PM time. The quality of the dresses I tried was good. However, the in-store availability of some of the dresses should be improved.
