   Lame staff & service. Popped by after a workout class to return something but I was browsing first: 1. They looked at me like I’m going to steal something, not sure if that was racially motivated or because I was dressed very down (I live a 5 minute walk down the road) and 2. When I decided I wanted nothing, I went to return the item I bought a couple days earlier, only to be told “oh the label is falling off” (that’s how I bought it) and that the actual tag was missing. Laughable since that’s how it came but it’s not a problem to sell something in that condition. 3. They did agree to a refund, but while I waited by the till, another lady started playing with a box, folding it or whatever, and it hit my arm several times, which definitely felt intentional. I’m never one to write a bad review but that was both funny & pathetic and I hope the ladies there find some happiness and clarity in their lives as nothing is ever that serious.

   Good layout of the store and excellent display . Everything is the latest product. Maria is very professional and helpful, yet not over selling. Tries to have conversations with you throughout. Nothing was not too trouble for her. In the end because of her excellent customer service my wife brought two trousers.

   I came in looking for a wrap coat, and the staff were super helpful showing me different options available in store. I tried on several coats with Laura’s help, she was wonderful to work with. I was interested in one coat, which I asked to be put on hold for a day so I could think about it — the staff obliged. I came in the next day and grabbed my new coat! Great experience shopping here.

   I am appalled by the customer service at the Westbourne Grove shop in Notting Hill. I wanted to return a (very expensive ) coat I had bought the day before, as after reflexion and showing it to family, it wasn’t the best fit for me. I had the receipt, coat in perfect condition … they refused to refund only because the plastic string of the label was cut off ! At such a price this perfectly unacceptable! I have been treated better at Primark. Obviously, they are never going to see me again and should be ashamed to treat customers so badly .

   Enjoyable experience, staff extremely helpful, caring and knowledgeable. Shop assistant Denisa is great. Provided styling ideas and wrapped a scarf around a bag handle that looked creative. Quality products. Great customer service.
