I have been a regular Khaadi customer for many years, but I am extremely disappointed with the customer service during peak periods, especially Boxing Day. The queues were very long, the store felt disorganised, and there appeared to be a lack of staff on the shop floor and at the tills. The management seemed unable to cope with the demand rather than serving customers efficiently, staff spent 10–15 minutes talking to individuals while many others waited. This resulted in us queuing for around 1.5 hours, which was especially difficult as I had my mother with me, who is a patient. I strongly recommend that more temporary staff are hired during peak trading times, or that self-service kiosks are installed, to avoid such delays and improve customer experience. Sadly, based on this visit, I would not recommend shopping in-store during busy periods. It was an awful and stressful experience.

UK STORE SHOCKING! EVERYTHING was trashed. Only two staff member on till & none on shop floor. The system of items placed was poorly decided - piled on shelves, anyone that grabbed an item it fell on the floor and left scattered. ALL clothing WAS on the floor and trampled on. Absolute shameful organisation.

Warm and cozy atmosphere, with a real home-like feeling even while abroad. The store is well-kept and welcoming, but there were no sales or offers at all, which was a bit disappointing. Still, a nice place to browse and feel connected to familiar styles.

I recently visited Khaadi, and to be honest, the store felt quite messy especially during the sale, it didn’t feel very inviting to shop. That being said, I still couldn’t resist because I genuinely love their clothes. A special mention to Rinkal, who was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to make sure I got the best possible discount. I really appreciate her support. Overall, though, the store experience during sale time definitely needs improvement.

I recently visited the Khaddi store in Westfield White City (20th July 2025)with my mother, hoping to browse their sale. What we walked into was shocking and unacceptable for a brand that claims to sell premium South Asian designer clothing. The store looked like a dump site. Clothing was heaped carelessly on tables, strewn across the floor, and even mixed with hangers and what appeared to be food packaging. There was no sense of organisation, presentation, or cleanliness. Items were impossible to match, and the lack of structure made browsing nearly impossible. Despite the unbearable heat inside the store, the staff insisted there was no air conditioning, even though ventilation units and control systems were visibly installed. This created an extremely uncomfortable environment, especially during a crowded sale period. Customer service was completely lacking. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and in several cases, downright rude. When I asked to speak to a manager due to the poor service, I was told there wasn’t one available. No accountability, no leadership, and no customer care. Another major issue was the language barrier. All the staff appeared to be of the same background—which in itself isn’t a problem—but many were unable to communicate effectively in English, leading to miscommunication, frustration, and further poor service. In a multicultural and tourist-heavy location like Westfield London, this lack of inclusive customer support is unacceptable. What’s worse, the clothes were visibly dirty and being sold as-is. Items were on the floor, stepped on, and still being left as they are with no care. I say this with genuine disappointment: even markets in the countries these clothes originate from treat their stock with more care and respect than what I witnessed here. This was not just a bad day at the store it was a complete failure of management, staffing, training, and basic retail standards. I am genuinely appalled at Khaddi for allowing this level of chaos and disrespect. Clearly was a disgusting experience.

Went to xchange a sari in the evening as it was faulty (broken zip) the lady at the till with hijab kept saying it’s a 3 peice- I continued to repeat myself said that all I got! During the transaction she then asked me to look at home for it to which I ignored I don’t think she understood ( I only got 2 peices and why would I not bring it all back!!!) . Basic customer service skills are not hard- don’t work in retail if you have no manners of how to deal with customers. Lacking common sense . Please retrain this member! Also busy period should have 2 members on till to serve- Expect to wait 30mins in queue to get served.

I don’t normally leave feedback/ reviews but I’m very amazed at your staff Zain Khan. I’ve been dealing with him all morning regarding a dress I reserved. As I didn’t have the product number of the dress he took the time to email me a few dresses that were similar to the dress I explained. He needs a raise and a promotion. He was very well spoken and definitely handled the situation well. Give him a raise or promote him to manager please! He’s an asset to the company and deserves to be kept long term! Don’t lose a huge asset like him! Well done and thank you again for your amazing service.

Good to see so nice collection of formal and occasional wears. It is having good quality and design with reasonable price. Easily accessible being in Westfield mall London. As of now it is having only Women collection, it should include kids and men collection too.

Jazak’Allahu Khairun to the incredibly welcoming and polite staff (Iqra and a male colleague) who allowed my mum and myself to pray salah in the fitting rooms. My mum enjoys shopping in Khaadi as it’s one of her favourite brands. The store is always tidy and clean and rarely super busy. Easy to navigate and very good lighting. We greatly appreciate the kindness of staff.

Not even worth giving this shop a one! They have lovely clothes but staff are appalling and rude. Waited a long time to pay for my goods and the two girls on the tills just chatted with each other one even huffed and puffed in the face of customers. Maybe start again with all your staff you may do better. One of them was actually to busy as she was on her phone
