   I had a wonderful experience at the Whistles Bridal Boutique at St Christopher’s Place, and I have to give a special thank you to Michaela for making it so lovely. Michaela listened carefully to what I was looking for, offered helpful suggestions without ever being pushy, and had a real eye for what suited me. The boutique itself is the perfect place to try on dresses without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The selection of dresses were great too! Thanks so much!

   I visited the St Christopher’s Whistles store yesterday to try on some bridal dresses and we had the most amazing experience. I was with my sister and best friend, we were taken downstairs to a private bridal section by Susan who was absolutely brilliant. We were able to view the full bridal range and try the dresses on in a relaxing but professional environment. Susan was on hand to assist at all times and was so kind, helpful and attentive. We loved all 5 dresses that I tried on! Now we’ve got the tricky decision of which dress I say YES to! Thank you so much to Susan and the team at Whistles, St Christopher’s place for such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend to all brides! xx

   Found a lovely pair of petite khaki trousers in the Edinburgh store but unfortunately they didn't have my size so the Manager very kindly looked to see if they were available online but they were out of stock. She then managed to locate a pair in the St Christopher's store in London so I phoned and spoke to another really lovely girl called Bluebell who sent them to my home address within 2 days. She couldn't have been more helpful and is a real credit to Whistles. Thank you so much for a great shopping experience.

   Had a lovely shopping experience at Whistles St Christopher's place. The jacket I was looking for was not on the rack but quickly brought up from the stock room. I tried on a jumpsuit which had a pull in it and again a replacement was quickly found. The lady that served me was complementary about the fit in a way that felt genuine and not like a pushy sales technique. I came away with two lovely items and felt very well looked after by the staff. Wish I had taken names so I could be specific but the date was Saturday 31st of May 25.

   It was a real pleasure shopping at Whistles in St Christopher's Place. The staff were all very friendly without being pushy. I had gone in looking for a very special dress and found it. I was really impressed that Whistles now stocks in so many sizes. I was able to try on 3 sizes of my dress to find the perfect fit!

   I had a wonderful experience with the absolutely fabulous Debbie! I was visiting the store with two friends and we were in search of a more reasonably priced wedding dress following a few bridal appointments with price tags that were out of my reach. Debbie made the whole experience so fun, she was so knowledgeable about alterations and went above and beyond recommending cuts and designs, getting additional sizes, and fastening up dress after dress. I cannot recommend Whistles in St Christopher’s Place enough - make sure you ask for Debbie if you visit on a Sunday!

   I ordered a coat on the phone from St Christopher’s place London for £270 and it wasn’t suitable so I returned it within a few days at the post office with proof of return. It’s been over a month and I haven’t received the refund as of yet. I have written to customer services over 10 times, called several times- they have never answered the calls- used chat services and they’ve either completely ignored or not responded to my enquirey or told me different things. Unfortunately I still haven’t had my £260 returned( not a small amount). Whistles have proven to be very unprofessional and unreliable and I feel extremely upset that they could treat a customer like this. Judging by the comments here I can see that this is not the first time that there is a dissatisfied customer and it really looks like whistles doesn’t care what we put here because you would think with all the negative comments they would try to improve their services. I think they only way we can take action is by not shipping at Whistles anymore. Thankfully I used my credit card who will chase them on my behalf but if not we could say Whistles has stolen my money. In an ever competing online retail market you would think that Whistles would be more ethical and do better. It’s really such a shame that whistles will just allow themselves to go down the drain like this. I would not recommend using their company at all.

   Had the best experience here. Never usually shop at Whistles but Annie saw me browsing and came over to help in a way that wasn't intimidating. She helped me buy an item I would never normally buy (a mini skirt) and I loved it. I didn't feel like I was being pressured to buy anything and had a lovely shopping experience.

   I just wanted to say a special thank you to the wonderful Debbie at this store! I was greeted by the lovely Tia, who although I could tell she was busy, asked me if I was okay. After having a look around at all the wonderful pieces, Debbie helped me pick a few items to try, she assisted me like a dream from the changing room & took the stress out of shopping away. I am super grateful she was there that day as I was short of time :) Thank you ladies, Happy Christmas! xx

   I went in with my bride tribe to try on the beautiful wedding dresses. All I can say is what a truly wonderful experience. The dresses were beautiful and such incredible value! I highly recommend. On top of this we were given assistance by Annie who was truly fantastic. So helpful and lovely. I can not recommend Whistles or Annie enough!
