Really lovely spot to have a coffee with mates and super close to uni! Service was quick and nice indoor and outdoor seating areas
I’ve been to rand a few times and each time my experience has been consistent! The staff are always so lovely and the coffee is exceptional. My personal favourite is the Spanish latte! The atmosphere is cozy and perfect to relax or study.
We like to support and try independent coffee shops, so we thought we’d give it a try instead of cafe nero over the road. Big mistake. The service was pretty bad, almost like we were inconveniencing her. The cold brew coffee wasn’t great, stored in the fridge in plastic bottles, then we were given a cup with ice to pour it in. The iced drinks first of all are expensive, £1 more when compared to the equivalent hot drink. The iced latte was really bad, way too big, no taste of coffee, if i wanted a pint of milk i’d have just gone to Tesco a few doors down
Coffee roaster coffee, tend to be more fruity and light. Sandwiches with toasted service, not many choices but taste good. Bad thing is the paper cup for eat in.
The place overall is alright, it’s a nice cafe! There is wide selection of sweets as brownies, muffin etc. prices are very normal, nothing beyond average. It offers classic drinks and coffee beverages. The atmosphere inside is cozy and feels warm. The guy at the counter is a little weird and invasive, doesn’t really know how to put people at comfort and doesn’t seem to be happy to have people around. But except this I’d say it’s a good place for a coffee or a snack, especially during a day at university, which is right in front of it. Recommended!
Coffee is nice, baked goods are quite delicious! I went in looking for some food as well but there was a limited selection for foods and none to my taste. Was a bit uncomfortable ordering as the barrista didn't speak a word to me but I'm assuming maybe he was not in a great mood as it was glum outside and judging by the amount of people in he may have had to deal with a rush alone so I can't fault too much. I would like to come back again for their deserts as a treat.
Lovely, warm place with patio seating. Always enjoyed grabbing the flat white or a chai latte here.
Found mold in my food that’s unacceptable and unprofessional. And their explanation that the sandwich was at the back.
They have high quality bagels and sandwiches for breakfast. Nice interior decor and vibe and also it’s next to uni . The staff are very helpful and quick. Would recommend the place
