   Every time I see this store its very quiet and after popping in to purchase a couple of small items I can see why - very rude and unhelpful staff particularly the lady with the awful false lashes and pink tracksuit who quite bluntly told me she couldn't / wouldn't recognise the PT discount i have linked to my account and didn't even try to understand what I was saying just blankly refused to communicate - I did show her the account with the linked discount on my phone and suggested I could just buy it online but she wasn't the slightest bit interested in helping even though I have used the discount in many stores over the years. Will stick to Lulu lemon and Alo and the like from here on in -plenty of great competitors to take my business too with staff who can at the very least smile.

   I had a really great experience i was purchasing for my girlfriend and had no clue what I was doing I was assited by a lovely employee Maria she helped out a lot and was great at recommending products with very friendly service definitely would go again 10/10

   I recently visited Sweaty Betty at Westfield White City, excited for the goodie bags they promised in a post shared on social media. According to their announcement, the goodie bags would be available for those who arrived at 9 AM on Saturday, November 16, 2024. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that the goodie bags were only available with a purchase—a detail that was notably absent from their promotional post. I was quite disappointed with this experience. The post seemed designed to attract customers in the hopes of some free goodies, but the lack of transparency regarding the purchase requirement felt misleading. I had made a special trip specifically for this promotion, and finding out that it was contingent upon buying something left me feeling frustrated and deceived. Moreover, I believe that clear communication is crucial in marketing. If the intention was indeed to encourage purchases, it would have been more appropriate to mention that detail upfront. Many shoppers, like myself, often decide to visit stores based on promotional offers. When those offers aren't as accessible as they appear, it can lead to dissatisfaction and a lack of trust in the brand. Overall, my experience left a sour taste. I appreciate the effort to engage customers, but I hope Sweaty Betty will be more transparent with their promotions in the future to avoid frustrating potential customers who are simply looking for a little extra incentive to visit.
