Prerna and Sahlan were so helpful! I was being my usual bossy self, asking for 100s of shoes in different sizes and they did not complain once. They were honest and super helpful. Such lovely young ladies too xx
If there was an option to give 0 stars I would definitely do that! very unhelpful, unaware of basic customer service behaviour and in general lost people working there, not the service I would expect from LK Bennett! I have ordered and paid for the shoes in the store few days ago and until now I regularly call them to get some info where are my shoes! every time I call I hear that they were lost, they are looking for them and last time I also heard that I can get the refund if I'm unhappy! unbelievable!

I cannot say very much really, I called to enquire on availability of stock, on numerous occasions, but nobody picked up. Shame

I bought from here expecting to get a service better than of a basic high street brand. Never again am I buying from there. I’ll stick to John Lewis at least they have a customer service to be proud of. The manager is very rude, cold and patronising. What a horrendous experience.
