The service was really good and was served by a great supervisor/advisor. Big store with lots of space and a nice range. The sales rail was a little hectic and took up a big part of the store. The store itself isn't so nice. It's dirty, like hasn't been deep cleaned since pre lockdown. Dirty spills between the escalator from what looks like coffee. Broken hangers and dust gathered under the fixtures. Which should be checked and cleaned at the end of the day or before opening.

Absolutely awful member of staff today. Went in to get a pair of shoes but couldn't see them in the size needed, so asked a member of staff. She then rudely said all stock is out on the shop floor, which is fair enough. But as myself and the person I was with was looking for another pair, I overheard her and the manager discussing it, with him saying 'I love how straight to the point you are with customers' to which she said 'I just can't be bothered'. When I brought this up with the manager, he couldn't have been more uninterested and was walking away as I was talking to him. Overall a terrible experience and as we were walking out, they were standing together in a huddle and staring over in our direction and laughing. Very disappointed as the staff are usually very lovely, but these two clearly need further training in how to do their job.

Love this store ! Wide variety of products for almost all of us. Always happy with quality and price of the clothes. Shopping in store and online it's easy, nice and simple ! There is always something on sale :) Staff is fine as well. I am not giving 5 stars just because I realized that stock has changed recently. This shop seems to have more 'junk' clothes, meanwhile some New Looks outside London have great clothes.

Is one of my favourite shop to visit with my nieces. They absolutley love the design of the clothes the colours and the accessories. Tyr shop was buzy but and I felt the staff were helpful but overwhelmed with the number of people asking for help.
