Didn't eat, but did enjoy very good ale and pleasant service from the female bartender who reminded us of a character on The Great Gatsby. Very impressive tardis of a beer garden with outdoor and covered seating in numerous sections. Well stocked fridge selling a good selection of ales and stouts. Very busy creating a vibrant atmosphere. Will return.

Putting this on here for the people like me who as soon as the sun comes out, are googling ‘Best Beer Gardens Birmingham’. This is one of, if not the best. Immaculately put together, you’ve got a central section in the sun all day, side tables in the shade, a terrace, booths, more benches, an indoor section under a marquee, and then even more terrace seating under a roof. Plus, pizza served outside. Does it get any better? The pub itself serves a mix of quality cask and keg beers, and a freshly stocked fridge of cans that you can takeaway or drink in. Great staff, great service, really, really great place. I’d say it’s a hidden gem, but it shouldn’t be hidden. And it certainly gets popular once it hits 5pm.

Excellent Ale place. Really enjoyed our visit. Spacious beer garden at rear which surprised me a lot. Variety of ales available to try. Didn't try the food this time around but will be back for that. Atmosphere was relaxed and friendly with excellent staff. Would 100% return.

Lovely little pub on the back streets of harborne high street- huge beer garden with plenty of seating in the sun and shaded areas too, polite friendly staff and of the four pubs we visited yesterday this one had the best selection of real ales!

Lovely little pub just off the madness, which is the high street. Has the perfect balance, not too busy, not too quiet and magnificent staff, taken good care of by Wilf and the other young lady, with glasses. Good choice of beers and cider, as per tv board as well as the usual suspects, guinness, madri etc. Looks like a grand beer garden out the back (we went at night) so will be testing that out in the summer. Even the wife was impressed, which is saying something. Will be back when its stops raining and snowing.

Great little pub hidden away off high street. Real shame we discovered it just as we are leaving the area! Brill drink selection and not expensive either. Staff are really friendly too. A special thanks to Will for some great beer recommendations and insights when we've come in recently. Always nice to meet people passionate about their work!

Staff are awesome, the venue is quirky and cool. We go for the free board games night on Tuesdays! The burgers are a solid 8/10 and for the price, really it's a 9/10.

Loved it! One of the best beer gardens around and an excellent choice of drinks! Please advertise the garden more because even inside you just think it’s the toilets.
