   This restaurant is in the centre of Wakefield close to the bus station. I often go to this restaurant and not only in this place, but unfortunately it is often the case that the tables are not very clean, but the coffee is good compared to other restaurants. The atmosphere is nice, but there is not a lot of space, but it is enough. There are usually a lot of free tables, but often there is always someone sitting here. Of the shops here nearby is quite a selection. There is a shop of things, shoes, cosmetics, tea and much more. There are always lots of people here and it is not boring to walk around the different shops.

   This Starbucks location provides an excellent customer experience, offering a diverse menu with regularly updated selections. The interior is impeccably clean and appears to be meticulously maintained, with staff regularly cleaning tables, removing rubbish, and clearing used dishes. There are two restrooms, both of which I have found to be consistently clean and well-stocked. While the restrooms may occasionally be locked due to unauthorized use, the staff are friendly and readily provide access. The beverage selection is exceptional, offering customized options. Staff are highly accommodating, striving to fulfill all reasonable requests and proactively suggesting suitable alternatives when necessary. Ample indoor and outdoor seating is available, with conveniently located power outlets near the indoor seating for device charging. The indoor seating area maintains a comfortable temperature, even on cold days. TLDR; This coffee shop cultivates a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a quick break or a lingering chat. The space is meticulously maintained, offering a clean and organized environment. A diverse menu provides ample choices for every coffee lover. Comfortable seating arrangements abound, accommodating various group sizes and preferences. The bustling location adds to the vibrant energy of the shop. Natural light streams in, enhancing the inviting ambience. Friendly staff contribute to the positive customer experience. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee.

   Big open space, which has positives and negatives. It's roomy, unlike most cafés which can feel like sitting in a sardine can, but without sound proofing (in the ceiling, or using sound dampening panels to section off areas) it's also very noisy. And for a new Starbucks, it's not good to be unable to see out of the 180 degree view because the windows are covered in condensation. The service, like most Starbucks, is impersonal and lacklustre. Don't expect an Italian coffee here without having to go through a detailed description each time you go. On the plus side, it's better than the abysmal service from the Costa Coffee situated on the same site - and although the service is normally as bad, I usually prefer Costa by a long chalk.
