Just purchased 3 pairs of jeans from there, all members of staff were fantastic and we had a nice bit of banter. It’s a shame that I can’t nominate them both for a bonus!
Rude manager ! Terrible customer service I was speaking to another employee to return an item and when the manager stepped in she had a disgusting attitude I fully understand if they can’t refund me for an item but there was no need to speak to me the way she did. Didn’t catch her name but she had long blonde hair and I would say in her late 40s the other employee however was kind and helpful.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this Wallington Square store due to the awful customer service. The staff were not only rude but also dismissive, which was surprising given that I approached them politely. It’s disheartening to see that even when you’re in the right, you’re met with such negativity. I do not recommend this store to anyone, and I sincerely hope they consider changing the management to someone who understands the importance of treating customers with respect and kindness.
Great team here especially Mary who was incredibly helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. This store isn't that big but has a decent selection but due to the team here I can't recommend them enough! Thanks for being amazing!
Male shop assistant in there today 14th Feb, was very rude to my autistic 6 year old and rather confrontational, was served at the till by another man and he was equally rude and I was made to feel unwelcome, can safely say that I won't be shopping in there again
There is a white male staff here, quite stocky and big who has a baldish head and beard that works here. He served me at the till, he was so rude to me and came across aggressive just because I asked a question. He even snatched the carrier bag from my hand when I was about to pay. He aggressively said money first. Can not believe he works in customer service, he has put me off returning to shop at this store. He was so rude to me and made me feel so uncomfortable. He is clearly an unhappy person and rubs his mood off to the shoppers. Bad shopping experience because of him. Won’t be coming here again
It's a good place for shopping. I could find what I need. And the sales person is nice to me.
The staff is really helpful and friendly. The store is clean and organised. It's a smaller store so they don't carry everything, but you're very likely to find some great pieces for your wardrobe.
Went into the Wallington store yesterday - Sunday 22nd August. The man in the store was rude to a few customers when I was in there and very unhelpful with my refund - he clearly didn’t want to be there. He had the dressing room closed at 2:30pm when I went in and used a very aggressive tone towards a lady when she tried to try something on. He also closed the store at 3pm, not the advertised time of 4:30pm. Horrible shopping experience, staff are usually friendly in there but he was very rude.
