On two seperate occasions my partner and I have had appalling service. First was several months ago and exactly the same thing happened today. She tried on a dress and was left waiting for nearly 30min for another size which was requested, were told the it was coming several times and then finally told the size wasn't available. Staff don't care at all, the service is shocking. On both occasions we ended up just walking out.

I was shown by a colleague to the bridal area of the Kings Road store with my partner on a saturday afternoon. We were told we had 15 minutes before a booking arrived and that we could try dresses on in the changing room. I was looking for my engagement party dress and I had begun to pick 4 dresses to try on and had them laid out on the sofa. A few minutes later the bridal assistant, seperate colleague, then came in and told me I shouldnt be here and that i wasnt allowed to be here or try on the dresses. As it transpires "shes always booked on a saturday and sunday". There was a clear miscommunication between the two colleagues. Naturally this happens, however the bridal assistant was incredbly rude and collected the dresses I was picking from the sofa, forced us out the room and left us both with a very sour taste. I am not one to write bad reviews but it saddens me that someone working in such a special occassion would be so rude and unaccomodating to another bride to be. A smoother way to of handling this would of been to offer and book in an appointment for another time. However she did not provide this, and continued her push for us to leave. Disappointed by this service and it falls short of the usual standards I have encountered by Rixo, Kings Road.

I had my bridal suite appointment last week and Milly was fantastic. She was professional, polite and kind throughout the appointment. You can tell sheβs very thorough and I was so grateful for the insights she had. I donβt think I would have bought my wedding dresses (outfit change!) without her guidance. Furthermore, following the appointment Milly provided support in acquiring items in such a smooth way that everything felt effortless. I will definitely refer friends to Rixo Bridal in the future.

Amazing happy hour spot!! We came for drinks on friday and the spicy margarita, espresso martini and pornstar martini were all Β£6! The waiter was absolutely lovely, so attentive, kind and helpful, and so efficient! The venue is the best of course, very bright and cheerful decor and beautiful dresses! Would recommend!!

One of the worst companies to exist! Poor quality pieces which are ridiculously overpriced. Customer service is shockingly bad. If you want high end, take your custom to a well established company not a knock off wannabe like Rixo! Shame I couldnβt leave zero stars. Even that is far too generous!

I had the pleasure of speaking on the phone to Edward who is based at the King's Road store this week. First time was on Sunday when he was at the Marylebone store purely by chance as he was only there for the day and then again on Wednesday at the King's Road store. He went above and beyond to help over the enquiry i had about the dress that i wanted to purchase, as to the fit and how it might fit my shape which is not easy when you cannot see someone. I ordered two different sizes as Edward suggested and i am pleased to say that one was perfect it fitted as if it was made for me. Thank you so much Edward. Rixo clothing has that touch of feminity and elegance with a sprinkle of fun and beautiful colours to make all women feel good.

I cannot rave highly enough about Rixo! Their dresses are divine and their customer derived second to none. My first experience was buying the incredible Chrissy Mixed Print Midi Dress in 2018 and this year I treated myself to the Asta Mini Leopard. Both are divine! I ordered the Asta online in two sizes to see which one would fit, and I had a minor glitch with my order. Bee Jones, the delightful lady at the Rixo office, sorted out the issue right away, and was absolutely charming. I was so impressed by the wonderful service that I asked her how I could help the company as I really think, as a young British brand, that it deserves support, especially in this difficult climate. This feedback was not solicited, but provided entirely voluntarily and I wholeheartedly recommend Rixo; itβs my go-to dress brand. And, by the way, the ladies in the Kingβs Road boutique were absolutely amazing, too! I went there with my toddler and they were incredibly friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much, Rixo!

I can not say what the actual store is like as I live in Canada but I recently ordered one of Rixo's dresses and was overall not impressed with the quality. I ordered the Venus- Turquoise Dip-Dye dress because I saw it online and thought it was such a beautiful style and colour. It was delivered on time which was great but the dress was poorly packaged. It was packaged in what was hardly more than a brown paper bag so when it arrived it was wet and it's a miracle that no water seeped through in to the dress. The bag was also too big which allowed the dress to slide around inside and it arrived all balled up. The dress cost over $400 CAD which is a price that did not at all match the quality of the dress. The base fabric was flimsy and see-through which was not implied by the photos on the company website. The sequins were also poorly sewn on as they did not all lay the same way and the needle has caused the base fabric to pull and leave little holes. The customer service person that I dealt with was very understanding and helpful. However, they did not send me the shipping label promptly or even within the time period they said they would. This resulted in me having to spend and additional $150 CAD to ship the dress back instead of the approximately $40 CAD it would have cost if they had send a shipping label. Overall just not a good experience unfortunately.
