   This store is closed. Keeping your Google Maps and your own bloomin' website updated is a basic retail fundamental. We turned up here and it's closed and stripped out. Idiotic.

   Fantastic customer service from Beverley! I phoned the store trying to track down a particular coat which I had hoped they had in stock, sadly it had been sold the day but Beverley managed to find one in my size in the York store and arrange for it to be sent to my home. So helpful and lovely. A very happy customer.

   Was unable to select a negative star, wasn’t an option. Manager was awful , blunt and not courteous. I purchased in spite of her treatment. Terrible manners and a very miserable person.

   Amazing staff at Hobbs Kings Road, especially Laren, who went out of their way to order in sizes not available in store, advise on styles and even offered their personal Hobbs clothes to try on where it was not available in store. Best Hobbs store I have been to and have a renewed love in the amazing new Hobbs dress designs.
