   Service with a smile not existent. In fact no service all. Small store with two members of staff, it wasn’t busy there today but couldn’t get anyone’s eye contact. No hello or hi or bye or any acknowledgment. When I asked a question, the lady looked up like I insulted her and wasn’t helpful at all. Clearly the two of them didn’t want to be there. I worked in retail for many years and I know it isn’t an easy job but I wouldn’t get away with service like that. Like Hobbs clothes and ordered stuff on line instead which I should have done in a first place. Will not be going back.

   This store is my favorite in London, whenever I'm in the city on a trip I go to the store to do my shopping. The service is really excellent, the girls are very thoughtful and polite, in addition to quality products and beautiful clothes! I recommend the store to everyone!

   I like visiting Hobbs to just browse or buy. It's one of my favourite places to buy good quality clothes although they don't cater for someone like me who is petite. In most cases I have to take the clothes I purchase to be altered !! The staff are very helpful .
