    The store is location is good place with parking spaces around Hans sq. or lawnds sq. , single yellow in front of the shop allowed to stop and pick up and drop , the clothes are design on beautiful bright colours , which any young lady would love to have one . the main reason I like this store and highly recommend is because of polite five star service I received from members of staff “Melinda “ as well as she is professional, and greet costumers with her incredible smile , she has the knowledge of product and she knows what style costumer wants , and she service is better than any other boutique in Sloan street . Hereby from and on behalf of government of R.A.K london office , I thank her and appreciate her five star service I received .

    Such fabulous service in stores, especially Capri. But online is shocking how they treat customers, the took my money and never sent my order that was a month ago and I hear nothing from them. Highly recommend that no one ever shops online with them! Such a brilliant, classic brand its so disgusting how they treat people. I will never be shopping with them again.

    Opening times 10am-6pm arrived to collect an item at 10am the team is having a meeting right on front of the door, with the doors locked. Waiting for over 10mins by the door for them to open, even knocked on the door, they don't seem interested!! Is this customer sevices?? Change the opening times to 10:30am then!
