   Wanted to buy a coat yesterday, but since I was on my way somewhere I asked whether they could hold it until the next day. The lady told me she would reserve it, and I asked whether i should pay already and she said for me to pay when i pick it up the next day. I came back the next day to pick up the coat and they tell me they sold it online in the meantime. Very disappointing experience…

   I purchased a pair of Mother Denim jeans here which fell apart after a handful of times wearing them. The material began to shred where the belt tabs and back pockets were sewn on. Although the sales associate and manager both agreed that it was a defective product, they wouldn’t let me exchange them because it had been over 6 months. I explained that I live outside of the UK, and this was the first I could return them (8 months). I would have expected the store to stand behind their products, but they would do nothing at all to resolve the issue. I even reached out to customer service via email, and no response. Very disappointed.

   Great selection of stylish, casual clothes. I was helped by a lovely lady (didn’t catch her name, but she was new) who really wanted me to leave with something that suited me and I would love. She couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful, and I’m delighted with my purchase.

   I live in Chelsea and I am in this shop once in a while. Sadly I always have the same experience. The staff is really unfriendly! They don't care and are not interested in helping. It seems they just can't wait to go home. The owner should really sort out the attitute of the staff. This shop is losing a lot of money every day due to the bad staff - all of them are not made to work.

   I have had terrible service from Trilogy, I bought several items online. One arrived with a reduced price on it ( i had paid full price) I called and queried it and was told if I wanted to return it I could but that was it. The lady was very rude and unhelpful, another item arrived missing all labels so looked as through it was another customers return. I wrote an email to ask for an explanation on the jacket I paid £400 arriving with a reduction to £200 and I didn't even get a response. Terrible customer service, would not recommend.
