   I am baffled as to how anyone could describe the owner of this shop in St Albans as helpful or welcoming. The owner was extremely rude, impatient, and entirely inattentive. Even when you express interest in making a purchase, she will insult you. In my case, she had the audacity to call me indecent for not placing clothes back exactly as I found them. Moreover, she rushes customers while they are trying on clothes and then aggressively chases them out of the store, yelling at them. Her behavior is appalling, and as a result, I refused to buy anything. Avoid this shop and take your business to those who actually deserve it.

   Fabulous selection of clothes, however the manageress Suzanne makes this boutique so phenomenal. Always so helpful and welcoming selecting items I would never think would suit me . Which I fall in love with . Suzanne also kindly Allows my little dog in and makes him feel so welcome too . Thank you

   So rude customer service. I bought long contract but wanted to exchange or for refund. Rude lady from customer service told me that her job was to give me receipt and mine to keeping. I lost receipt unfortunately and was unable to even talk about solutions with rude and horrible attitude of that lady :/ very disappointed. Felt very anxious and will definately share with my Jewish and nit only friends from Golders Green. ://// Never experience such as terrible and unwelcome customer service. Working in NHS is nit easy to earn money. Usually people are friendly but this shop customer policy and service it's just terrible.

   Exploring Golder's Green as a tourist, I happened upon this store and decided to check it out. As the store was empty (it was in middle of a business day), the salesgirl gave me her undivided attention, providing honest advice on the items I tried on. In the end I purchased a beautiful maxi dress that I have worn many times (and received many compliments on :)
