   Called in on Saturday for lunch. Great food and excellent coffee. The young lady serving was doing a top job despite being on her own and under pressure she displayed great customer service. Will happily return here.

   Bad place,,the older lady serving Thursday at 14:30 is not very friendly, walked up from Sainsbury’s for a cold drink and she told me I couldn’t have one cause they had no change, I was paying with a fiver so it’s bad that I couldn’t buy a £2 drink. The man before me bought a coffee for 2.80 cash and Paine with coins, couldn’t understand why she didn’t serve me She obviously had change for a fiver. Sad as I will not be returning there or I won’t be recommending it to anyone

   There is one reason I have given this 5 star rating and that is simply for the young lady who was working on her own at the café today in the White Rose shopping centre. It was extremely busy and single handedly she was making and serving coffee etc. She was also making all the sandwiches and trying to clear tables and wash up. She remained totally professional, polite and efficient. I was appalled to learn that some customers had been very rude towards her. Clearly there was a wait to get served, but she could not have worked any harder. I hope the management reward her well as she truly deserves it. I would have emailed the management with feedback but couldn't find an address. The coffee was good along with the tuna Panini.

   Really poor coffee. Also had a chocolate muffin that tasted like it had been out for days. I then ordered a smoothie, which was £4.50. Basically for a slushy mixture that did not resemble a smoothie made with any kind of care or technique for £4.50! Would not recommend at all. Very basic service and quality yet at a premium price greater than Starbucks or Costa Coffee. Illogical and would not recommend. 1 star given because seating area is quite ideal.

   Didn't want to even leave one star. I purchased food at Subway and my family bought from coffee creations I was told by the (bouncer) lady guarding the seating area that I couldn't sit there although I explained my family were purchasing there. There was no bread (lunch time ) they had ran out ! So my mum ordered some panini's. When the food arrived my mum pointed out that she had rudeley a patold orderedus that it was a panininini not a baguette the womanmi said it isn't we do know the difference beteeen a panini or a baguette, she stil persisted on insisting it was a baguette so we asked the people on the nxt table who were looking over they said a baguette in the end we just left it then I actually was going to Google a panini to show the nasty woman but instead I decided to Google coffee creations instead and the reviewed pretty much summed up our experience. One review actually mentioned the baguette being passed off s a panini also about the rude woman guarding the seating area I had to show the rude woman the reviews on leaving haha she tried to deny it was about there I said the lady getting the bad reviews is probably you. Won't ever go there even though I wasn't the one that actually purchased from there. My mum asked.me to put a review and she will never return. Plus the PANINI her words. Ours baguette was horrible.so horrid staff and horrid food. Funny we chose there as it was quiet on a busy day no wonder there was lots of seats. Avoid at all costs.

   Was told I couldn't sit in seating area as I had food from Subway. Please note everywhere was full except this place. Literally moments later a family arrive with food from McDonald's and same person acknowledged them but let them be????? When I mentioned this to them I was told that they had started eating so they couldn't be moved????? Nice to see levels of consistancy. Ps, had to leave one star in order to leave review.
