   Bagel was good and fresh. Simple menu which was easy to read. I do think one person on shift was harsh. The young women clearly struggled once a line built up. Not sure why she was alone hope it was just for that duration and not the whole shift. Nice seating area behind. Tables were clean and good service all round. Waited about 10 minutes to be served but only 5 for the food so cannot complain!

   Awful. Big sign says order on the app, then they ignore your order. But it’s ’not my fault it’s the machine’. Don’t bother. Aftermath handled appallingly too. Someone needs to take some responsibility here.

   Food was nice but I arrived at 2.55 on a Sunday (it closes at 5) and was told the seating area was only open for another 15 minutes. Don't know whether they wanted to get off early but wish they'd told me before id placed my order...

   decided to stop for lunch today and definitely regretted our choice. the lady behind the counter was rude and very clearly didn’t want to be there. I have never been served by someone so rude and unpleasant. My partner and I were so shocked at the customer service we had just revived we were lost for words. The bagels themselves were not the best, for what we paid we expected a lot better. Won’t be returning, mainly due to the customer service we received. The tables also were filthy and covered in mess which is ridiculous to say we were the only people in the restaurant so not sure how long they are left like this.

   If I could of scored zero I would have! Asked today if they sold gluten free was told no. Not sorry no we don’t just a straight NO! Another member of staff overheard and corrected her and apologised. And said we have all these cakes (3 gf products) by honeybuns The girl serving took my card payment for a gf cake that was half price had a sticker and two cans of pop (£1.79 each of a can) only after looking the girl hadn’t reduced the cake that turned out had to be eaten on the day! Then whilst only leaving asked if I had any allergies. As everything is made together. Now these were cans of pop and a gf packaged honeybuns cake that was not made in the store the brand honeybuns is a small company that makes products for coeliacs and those with wheat allergies, bagel factory do not make this product it’s a outside product. I said to the girl I’m coealiac which isn’t a allergy but need gluten free now this should of being asked right at the start not after I’d paid but to them tell me there all done together when it’s a can of pop and special cake is just crazy. I will be contacting honeybuns to tell them what your staff member is telling customers about allergens saying not safe when they are!!! She was so rude says Rebecca on the receipt. Please don’t work in retail if you do not like customer service! Please train this girl on allergens as she is clueless and giving the incorrect info Natasha’s Law springs to mind.

   Stopped by this afternoon and was served by Sia and Sarah (I hope I’ve remembered the right names!) Two really lovely ladies very chatty and made sure I had no allergies etc. I’ve not visited before and they were happy to explain the menu and meal deal options to me. Super delicious bagel thankyou ladies I’ll definitely stop by again :)

   Only a few choices of bagel, no where near as good as Bagel Nash (which I still have my loyalty card for!!!) we had to get up to receive our food as there was only one member of staff - it used to be part of the service when eating in. Otherwise, the bagels were nice and the young lady on duty worked really hard. Needs at least two members of staff at all times.

   Revised to one atar after the bagel factory buyout. Range has changed, quality is worse, staff less friendly. Sod any company that decides to buy another so they can mess things up. ........ Old review, ignore All the staff are lovely and I'm now addicted to the smoked salmon supreme :)
