   I knew what I wanted when I visited the Islington store. The staff went out of their way to help, searching the upstairs store for the specific trousers I wanted (as seen online) and advising on the best size for me. Great service!

   Visited Whistles twice today and was impressed by a lovely, helpful sales assistant who made my experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, two other staff members were loudly arguing both times, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. There’s a new Whistles store that has recently opened in Covent Garden, that is far bigger, greater selection and the staff are all lovely and professional.

   The best Whistles store in London! Huge selection of clothing with fantastic staff who are always so helpful (for example, i wanted to purchase a jacket which they didn’t have in stock.. but they had it in another colour so I was offered that in order to try it on so I knew which size I needed, and could then either come back when it was in stock or order online). So helpful! Love this store so much!

   Whistles Islington came to the rescue today. Super helpful when I called in a panic that I hated my outfit! I explained that I was driving down from Essex & hated my top. I gave them a brief description on what I was wearing & that I was meant to be at a Xmas party & was already running late. They quickly showed me the stuff that they had selected for me & had me put the door within 10 minutes Thank you xx

   While the store itself is nice and the items high quality, they only stock size 14 and under on the shop floor. I found two items in a size 16 and nothing higher despite them being available on their website. It’s send a pretty unfriendly message about the body type they want shopping in their store - especially given size 16 is average size in the UK. And while the other sizes may be in stocked at the back, it’s a little shaming that anyone over size 14 has to make a special request. I’m not sure if this is a this store issue or a Whistles issue more generally. The staff were friendly and this seems like a management issue more than anything else.

   I had a fantastic in-store shopping experience at the Islington branch of Whistles. The store is really nicely laid out with a great range of clothes. The manager, BlueBelle, spent a lot of time helping me choose and try on shoes. For one pair, they didn't have my size in stock, so she took the time to personally call another branch and get them ordered in for me. Based on this experience I'll definitely be shopping at this branch of Whistles again in the future. Thank you BlueBelle for all of your help!

   I just had a wonderful shopping experience at this shop. I could tell all assistants were being attentive to their customers but want to give a particular shout out to Alexandra. She gave me a proper styling consultation - picking out dresses for me after I had told her what I was looking for and then patiently advising me on different sizes and giving honest feedback. I am delighted with the three dresses I purchase and am confident they will see le through the summer in style! Thank you!
