   Not entirely sure how you can list yourself as an "LGBTQ friendly" pub when you show, often, GBNews? I can imagine other minorities who walk in feel at best, awkward and at worst, not safe too. Whose decision is this? I know you are just a standard old, and (at least used to be), friendly pub, but.....I seriously doubt that after seeing this recently. I wonder what's changed?

   Stopped by Ye Olde Black Cross in Bromsgrove and had a genuinely lovely experience. A big shout-out to Blayk, who was behind the bar—his enthusiasm, friendliness, and great energy really stood out. He made everyone feel welcome and engaged brilliantly with both myself and other customers. The pub itself has a warm and friendly atmosphere, decent food, and a fantastic historic touch—a glass-covered well dating back to 1640, which is a really cool feature you don’t see every day. Well worth a visit if you’re in the area—especially if Blayk’s working!

   We held our wedding reception at the black cross on 11th October. We were given the whole front bar. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were extremely accommodating and helped make our special day a perfect one!

   One of if not the best pub in Bromsgrove. Food is always amazing and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Staff are friendly and management seems to go above and beyond. If you’re in the area I highly recommend paying a visit.

   If your looking for a pub with a lot of history, friendly atmosphere and great authentic aesthetics try this place, you wont be disappointed. Very friendly pub, all the punters and bar staff all very nice and friendly. I was only there for one drink but wow, I didn't realise that this pub was so old and friendly.

   Have known this place for 35years and have never been so disappointed. We are not moaney people I have to say firstly!!!we were in the front bar and our drinks were done in the back bar out of sight which I didn't like .All four of us thought our drinks were weak and didn't enjoy .I actually left most of mine ! When I asked the barmaid if my spirit was a double as ordered she replyed "yeah" and had such a bad attitude.I was really disapointed as I love this old place .

   Visited the olde black cross at Bromsgrove today and the four of us had four different meals which where out standing and all home cooking, l am a vegetarian and there was plenty of choice for me, staff where friendly and helpful.
