   One of the largest Hobbs I have visited. They have the usual stock but also sale items. They were offering a 15% discount on all items. Too good to miss as their stock is well tailored.

   I love my new trench coat! Monitor your inbox for any discounts, there is usually a 10% discount for new customers and also 10% on a second purchase. I bought the trench full price but got refunded 10% for the discount that I noticed later in my inbox (shout out to the customer service). There was a minor defect on the sleeve (really negligible, a small tag) and the representative checked availability of my size in other stores and even offered to order one to that store, but I was leaving soon so I took it as is. But I was impressed with the service.

   Worst experience in my online shopping life. Ordered an item based on the committted 3-5 working days delivery. 8 workings days later I am still waiting for my coat. It was ordered as a birthday gift and Hobbs failed to deliver on a promise. What is worse is 5 emails later, all I have received are generic emails of apology with no clarity yet about when I will receive my shipment. To an insult to injury, Hobbs has the audacity to offer me a 20% discount for a new purchase at the FULL PRICE which costs more than the price I paid during the Black Friday sale. Nobody seems to care. In summary I have still not received my order after 8 working days, I still don't have response about when I will receive it and I am the only one paying the price for Hobb's failure. Edit: 10 days later my order has been cancelled arbitrarily. It was gift so now I am back to square one. I wish Hobbs had delivered it instead of cancelling it without even consulting me.

   Excellent establishment, lovely interior, and amazing, cheerful personnel!!! As soon as you walk in, the excellent clothing quality and lovely air scent make you feel peaceful and at ease. I always feel welcomed by the friendly employees each time I visit that store. As managers, Danijela and Moe are such a fantastic team. Their outstanding interpersonal and people skills provide that place such a pleasant ambiance. Daniela always goes above and beyond for customers because of her charisma and gorgeous smile, which make people feel so welcomed and relaxed. Talking to lovely Italian young ladies is such a pleasure. They are friendly, caring, sincere, and exceptionally charming. I would definitely recommend visiting Hobbs in Covent Garden as the best branch in London.

   On a very rare trip to Covent Garden,I popped into Hobbs. I was thrilled with the beautiful occasion-wear,sense of calm and lovely stylists on the floor. Highly,highly recommended-a little oasis of calm in zone 1. Thank you to the team!
