   I had recently had bad experience with Stradivarius Oxford street, not related to clothing or service, I was browsing some clothes and one lady asked me to move out of the way and pickpocketed my wallet from my handbag, glad I immediately check my handbag as I’m suspicious or my wallet will be gone with all my bank cards, there’s another European woman working together probably Romania or French which I ain’t sure about the nationality and she stole my wallet. So, I informed the security and asked loudly to give me back my wallet. If u r going to store during Christmas or visiting London, be aware of pickpockets. They will steal ur phone or wallet and u won’t even realize until it’s too late.

   Came in yesterday afternoon with my Daughter, who tried a few items on. Both the girl & another Asian woman, who were working at & around the changing rooms were rude, miserable & unhelpful. Didn't see one smile, just disinterest & dirty looks thrown my way by the Asian woman, while I waited outside the changing rooms. Really disappointing. Choice of clothes were great & my Daughter was really happy with her purchases, hence the 3 stars. But Staff upskilling in customer service is clearly needed.

   The Stradivarius store on Oxford Street is bright, stylish, and well-organised. The staff were friendly and helpful — they assisted me in finding the right sizes and styles. The collection is trendy and the prices are fair for the quality. It’s one of my favourite spots for quick, fashionable finds in central London. Highly recommend!

   A Horrendous Shopping Experience at Stradivarius I recently visited Stradivarius with a friend, hoping to find a nice winter coat. My friend did find a coat she loved, and we proceeded to the self-checkout area to make the purchase. She paid in cash, and we left the store, only to realize a few minutes later that the security tag was still attached to the coat, and we had forgotten to grab a receipt. We immediately turned back, hoping for a quick resolution. We approached a woman who seemed to be the manager, identifiable by her beige blazer and light eyes. My friend politely explained the situation – that she had paid for the coat at the self-checkout but had forgotten to remove the security tag. To our shock, the manager immediately accused my friend of not paying for the coat at all! She insisted that another customer must have paid for it instead. This was not only illogical but incredibly insulting. I stepped in to clarify that I was present during the transaction and witnessed my friend paying with cash, confirming that the machine had indeed accepted the payment. The manager then falsely accused my friend of shouting, when she had simply been trying to explain the situation calmly. The manager's tone was accusatory and dismissive. She reluctantly agreed to check the system, but not without making us feel like we were being interrogated. After checking, she stated that there was no record of the transaction and suggested that my friend had somehow paid for the shopping of the person next in line. This made absolutely no sense. She then told us to wait 5-10 minutes while she reviewed the CCTV footage, further implying that we were suspected of theft. After an agonizing 20-minute wait, she returned without offering any clear explanation. It wasn't until 30 minutes later that she finally removed the security tag and handed the coat back to my friend, offering no apology or acknowledgment of the misunderstanding. The entire ordeal was incredibly stressful and humiliating. The staff were the most unfriendly I have ever encountered, and it was clear we were not being heard or treated with respect. Even another customer seemed unhappy with the service. I strongly advise avoiding this store unless you're prepared for potential accusations and disrespectful treatment. If I could give this place zeros starts I would!!

   Shocking first time experience. Was sold an item with a tag on it and with no receipt , when i noticed the tag at home and went back to get it taken off (with proof i had paid for the item) i was greeted, or shall i say, sneered at by two girls who immediately pulled faces and may aswell of called me a theif. Disgusting way to treat a client

   Hello. I went to this store today with my family. My wallet with money and credit cards was stolen from my bag. We are refugees from Mariupol (completely destroyed city in Ukraine). We live here with sponsors. It was all our money for living. When we turned to the staff for help, all they helped us with was dialing the police number. The seller didn't even call security when we asked and didn't give the address of the store for police in that moment. I understand that she let other people go. But this is a very serious situation. She should have called other staff. And when we ourselves called the police, it turned out that after us, more people were robbed in the same store. We were very upset by such indifference to people's grief.In this shop no one cares about people's safety.

   I was in this shop today, logically for women only! I accompanied my girlfriend and just picked some gifts, compared to the very competitive prices the quality is good, the shop is well located and in a great area, the staff are very friendly and polite. we will definitely be back
