   my mom and I were in the store yesterday and Lukas was such a sweetheart. He sold us two beautiful coats we fell in love with. Unfortunately there was a little confusion and mix up with the pricing but they took care about it right away. Problem solving at its best. Thank you very much. They are an awesome team!    I love the brand and have been a customer for years. Unfortunately there is only one boutique in the whole UK, so I make time to visit when I’m in London. But last week the sales attendant decided to lock the doors an hour an a half early and refused to let me in… Very disappointing, not to mention unprofessional. I expect better from a flagship store. If your customers spend the time to reach you, you can be open when you say you will, and when you’re there during your opening hours there is no excuse not to let your customers in.

   I came into the store today and received amazing service from all the team. I love the apparel and accessories, the designs and quality are amazing and the pricing very reasonable for this. I also love the fact that stores aren’t everywhere so what you are purchasing isn’t mass produced.

   I was looking for a evening’s dress in center London but nothing too crazy I’ve been in IKKS totally random just to have a look and the staff was super nice and friendly and eventually I found my dress here ! The guy understood what I was looking for and now I’m so glad I came in!

Especially your employee Niral gave me an amazing tour of your store and the multiple looks she created for me according to my personality was commendable.    A small paradise in London Soho. I really miss these kind of shops where you can take a moment to look and find amazing pieces.
